Our History
The initiative to establish Polish Teachers of Ireland was born out of need support for people learning Polish and willingness creating an organisation representing this language in the Irish system education.
On August 18, 2022, a group of teachers interested in establishing
association met in Dublin to discuss its activities and objectives
ways of organising it. Potential ones were also discussed
benefits for students and teaching staff.
This extraordinary, breakthrough moment for the development of Polish language teaching
in Ireland is illustrated in the photo below.

After agreeing on the goals, statute and electing board members, the group the founding company started the registration formalities organisation, gaining acceptance of the Teacher Professional Network.
The Polish Teachers of Ireland Association is a growing organisation, who constantly improves her competences and gains experience in order to offer support to teachers and students.
